Banana Bread Recipe

After spending a few years in the Dominican Republic, I felt homesick for American-baked desserts. This was reason enough for me to start baking. One of the treats I missed the most was Banana Bread.

After reading through several recipes, I combined various elements from each and came up with the following recipe. The result is a slightly low-sugar, soft, and delicious cake that can be enjoyed anytime. These cupcakes became quite popular with my three precious daughters and their classmates.
